What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the details you give us — your name, phone number, email and anything you tell us about your business. When you become a customer, we also process your customers' contact details (name, mobile, email) through our systems to reply to leads, answer calls and send offers on your behalf.
How we use it
To set up and run the services you've asked for, to reply to your leads and calls, to send SMS offers for Rebook customers, and to contact you about your account. We don't sell your data or your customers' data to anyone.
Your customers' data
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect your customers' details (for example, their consent) and for telling them how their data will be used. We process that data on your instructions as your processor.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@local2digital.co.uk and we'll sort it within 30 days.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you're a customer, and for a reasonable period after so we can handle any queries. Your customers' data is kept for as long as you're a customer and then deleted on request or when your account ends.
