The information on this site is for general guidance about our services. Concept websites shown on this site are design concepts, not client projects.

Each project or campaign is covered by a written agreement setting out the work, the fees and the payment schedule.

Advertising budgets are paid directly to the platforms and are separate from our fees.

Once fees are paid, the website and content we create for you are yours. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and internal systems.

We work hard to get results, but no agency can promise specific outcomes beyond what is set out in our guarantee terms. We are not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our control, such as platform outages or account suspensions.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
